Helloooo again! I've looked into VA's a few times, but haven't taken the plunge myself. Here are a few of my questions:

Have you used VA's located in the US or outside the US? How do their skills and deliverables compare?

Do you prefer direct pay or through the host agency/site (Guru, etc.)?

I'm assuming you Skype/ooVoo with them from time to time, no? Wondering about the best method to communicate what you need done/what you need them to do.

nada problem.. working on sites and needed a break. They are live and kicking.. but need to be refined, each and every one of them. Only 2 sites are what i would call acceptable.

The good news is that i got all 15 of my twitter accounts back. So, now all of my live and functional 54 personal sites have accounts again. )

What has your experience been with having a VA so far? How long?

What does a VA do?

Typical uses for a VA?

Are there different categories of services of VAs?

When is a VA useful and most cost effective?

Where do you find a VA? Is one service better than another?

Why would you want a VA? Who could it help the most (business model)?

Is your information secure or does it depend on the VA?

How much does a VA cost (examples of work and cost). Costs by hour or by task?

All i could come up with off the top of my head.
