		<description>Its funny. We get &quot;trained&quot; to not lead the longer we shuffle along in the corporate world. We just become content with the fact that this is the way its gonna be and this is my lot in this whole big world. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Leadership though is not always (read: almost never) a title that&#039;s assigned, its a role thats earned. Just by being willing to step out in front, many people will choose to step back and let you. Maybe its just because the want a good seat in case you fail... but most of the time they&#039;re willing to let you.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Just stepping out... that&#039;s all it takes most of the time.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Thanks for stopping by Mike, always great to hear from you.
